2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
The Annual Meeting of Members of Yampa Valley Electric Association, Inc. will be held at YVEA Craig campus, 3715 US-40, Craig, CO 81625, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. MT to take the following action on the following matters:
- Hearing and taking action on reports of officers, directors, and committees;
- To elect three (3) directors;
2024 Director Election Districts and Candidates are:
District #1: Glynda Sheehan (incumbent, uncontested)
District #8: Scott McGill (incumbent, uncontested)
District #9: Ken Rogers (incumbent, uncontested)
- The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
